We are not a real-estate brokerage licensed under the BC Financial Services Authority, not a mortgage broker, not an investment dealer and not an appraisal firm producing certified appraisals under AACI or CRA designations.

Analytics outputs are decision-support tools reviewed by analysts. Clients remain responsible for their own investment, financing and operational decisions.
