Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 July 2026. These Terms govern your use of propneuralai.life and provide general conditions for Prop Neural AI services. Paid engagements are also governed by executed services agreements.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing https://propneuralai.life/ (the "Website"), operated by Prop Neural AI ("we," "us" or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not use the Website. When you engage us for paid analytics work, a separate statement of work or master services agreement ("MSA") governs that engagement. Signed agreements prevail over these Terms where they conflict.

2. About Prop Neural AI

Prop Neural AI (BN 840619275 RC0001) is a PropTech analytics studio at 285 West 6th Avenue, Suite 110, Vancouver, BC V5Y 1K6, Canada. We deliver property market intelligence, neural valuation analytics, portfolio performance reporting, predictive maintenance insights, CRM automation and responsible-AI assurance for property operators, developers and investment teams.

We are not a real-estate brokerage licensed under the BC Financial Services Authority, not a mortgage broker, not an investment dealer and not an appraisal firm producing certified AACI or CRA appraisals. We are not a wellness brand, training course vendor or listing portal. Website content describes professional analytics — not brokerage representation, investment advice or edutainment products.

3. Website use licence

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access the Website for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy substantial content without permission, scrape the site in ways that impose unreasonable load, attempt unauthorized access, use the site unlawfully, remove proprietary notices or misrepresent affiliation with Prop Neural AI.

4. Contact form and communications

Form submissions must be accurate and authorized. The consent_pipeda checkbox is required and is not pre-checked. Submission does not create a client relationship or obligate us to accept work — it starts a conversation that may lead to scoped analytics. We may decline enquiries inconsistent with our consultancy model — for example requests to misrepresent valuations, guarantee investment returns or act as an unlicensed brokerage.

5. No guarantee of market outcomes

Website content — service descriptions, illustrative metrics, case summaries and sample charts — is general information. Nothing on the Website guarantees rental rates, occupancy levels, appreciation, lead volume or investment performance. Property markets respond to financing, policy and local supply shocks models cannot fully predict.

We use neural models with analyst review. Models can err; humans sign briefs before delivery. Analytics outputs are decision-support documents, not certified appraisals and not tailored investment advice. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions.

6. Professional services engagements

6.1 Scope

Analytics work occurs only within written scope signed by an authorized client representative. Clients represent authority to provide property data, rent rolls and system access described in the scope.

6.2 Fees

Fees are quoted in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Indicative pricing on the Website is not a binding quote. Payment terms appear in each agreement.

6.3 Confidentiality

Both parties protect confidential information. Briefing contents, portfolio datasets and model parameters supplied by clients are treated as confidential unless disclosure is authorized or required by law.

6.4 Deliverables

Briefings, valuation appendices, data feeds and integration artefacts are provided as described in the statement of work. Unless agreed otherwise, clients receive an internal-use licence upon payment. We retain rights to general methodologies and non-client-specific know-how.

7. Intellectual property

Website design, branding, copy and layout are owned by Prop Neural AI and protected by Canadian intellectual property law. "Prop Neural AI" and "The Market Brief" branding may not be used without written consent. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

8. Third-party links

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party content or privacy practices. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE WEBSITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROP NEURAL AI AND ITS PERSONNEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE OR RELIANCE ON WEBSITE CONTENT.

TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR WEBSITE-RELATED CLAIMS (EXCLUDING SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENTS) SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (C$100). Service engagement liability is governed by the applicable MSA.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Prop Neural AI against claims arising from your misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms or submission of false or unauthorized information.

12. Privacy and cookies

Website use is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, including PIPEDA and BC PIPA practices described therein.

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, subject to privacy rights regarding personal information.

14. Termination

We may suspend Website access for conduct violating these Terms or harmful to others. Provisions that should survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law — survive termination.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia for disputes arising from Website use, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your province of residence.

16. Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions stay in effect. Unenforceable provisions will be modified minimally to reflect intent.

17. Entire agreement (Website)

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy constitute the entire Website agreement and supersede prior oral or written understandings about the Website.
